oh !! again and again i feeL Like the community of peopLe shouLd Learn how to say something upon these kind of girLs...go get a Life Lah !! Ladies, no matter what size u are...trust me, u are beautifuL the way u are...i'm getting sick of peopLe keep focusing on physicaL appearance...what say u ??

orang mungkin kate : 'aLah, memang Lah kau marah sebab kau gemok, cuba kaLau kau diva and cun serta cantik macam artis2..wouLd u stand up for those kind of girLs ??' weLL, heLLo !! aku nie kind of perempuan yang bukan sekadar memandang kecantikan Luaran...i'LL stand for any of girLs nor guys kaLau mereka teraniaya...it's just what i caLL sociaL responsibiLity...tapi pada aku, LeLaki takde masaLah weight nie bagai...perempuan nie yang banyak sangat nak di kupasnyee *mode : Lemas*


haaa...cuba korang tengok gambar perempuan kat atas nie...i wouLd Love to throw up the question to everybody especiaLLy guys : 'korang adee seLera tak tengok perempuan keding macam neh ??' aku akui ade seLera masing2, tapi...kaLau tanya aku Lah, aku tak seLera Langsung weyh !! tapi kaLau dah memang korang dari kecik memang berat badan tak boLeh naik, it's just ok...tapi kaLau korang nie aneroxia atau buLLemia i wouLd definiteLy say that : 'u shouLd gain some weights'

hey girL, u don't need to starve to be so skinny...it's aLL because of your heaLth okay ?? the modeLs Look skinny and if u want to be just Like them, eat !! they don't have fats which made them skinny *bukan tak ade daging* kaLau ade dengar2 cara nak menambahkan berat badan dengan makan dan kemudian tidur, siLa jangan ikot !! it's a wrong idea weyh...u have to eat more but heaLthy foods bukan junkfoods macam mcd ke, KFC ke, pizza kee and sume2 fast foods tuh Laa...sekaLi sekaLa boLeh Laa *aku neh dok heran member2 yang dah berbadan sedap and ok bising2 nak kurus, OMG !! benci giLa aku * ok2...enough with the skinny girLs..Let's move on to the criticaL one...


some peopLe may said that this girL Look fat in her wedding dress...are u nuts ?? Look at the face of joy, u fooL !! it doesn't matter how big u are, how peopLe said u are ugLy, it's society the ugLy one...be comfortabLe with yourseLf, have confident and never do anything that wiLL make u suffer...it's ok to foLLow a diet programme tapi, sLow2 okeng...aku macam takut puLak tengok passion orang yang nak kurus neh sebab orang keLiLing bagi pressure pada dia untuk nampak cantik *ignore them* just go step by step and don't go beyond your Limit...

hahahaha...big girLs are aLso LoveabLe okeng...korang ingat yang Lawa2 jek kee yang adee peminat and admirer ?? i saw it with my own eyes taw !! haahhaa~weLL, to those who aLways said that they aren't pretty enough to be Loved or having partners, think twice...it's u who make the desicions...besar ke, kecik ke...yang penting korang tahu macam mana nak bawak diri...seriousLy !! i'm fat and i'm fitting in the society...i'm on diet programme and i'm serious about it but it doesn't mean i'm going to starve myseLf...

weLL untuk yang pLus size yang mungkin nak stay heaLthy *i don't say that boLeh kurus, tapi sihat !* it's heaLthy does matter...kaLau nak ikut cara diet aku, aku share Lah sikit even aku nie bukan fitness consuLtant tapi it works for me...
untuk pagi, harus breakfast hatta seteguk air ke hapee kee...kene makan TETAPI bukan makan oiLy things yee..Lagi bagus kaLau makan ceriaL macam koko crunch ke, cornfLakes ke, honeystar kee...haaa...itu jugak sudah memadai...
untuk Lunch, jangan tiru aku sangat...aku nie maLas nak Lunch *giggLes* kaLau korang makan nasi and kene jugak makan nasi, siLa ambiL separuh dari kebiasaan...Lame2, kurangkan menjadi suku and Last skaLi tak payah makan nasi...pastu Lebihkan sayur2 and sekaLi Lagi...no oiLy things ! *its a big no no* takpon, cubee ambiL buah2an...
untuk tea time, ambiLah sepotong kuih ke, takpon makan biskot kering tu hah *sedap jugak*
dinner, kaLau ambiL nasi, sama jugak kuantitinya dengan Lunch...nasi sedikit sahaja ! digaLakkan ambiL soup2 ajee untuk time2 camneh *soup pun yang betuL2 soup Lah..bukan yang curah air panas tuh* dinner shouLd be before 6.30 pm supaya makanan boLeh hadam sebeLum tidur
supper, tak di gaLakkan makan tapi kaLau agak2 Lapar tuh, minum jek miLo panas ke, susu suam ke...ape2 Lah janji bukan makanan yang berat2...
kaLau daLam sebuLan sekaLi tuh nak Langgar sikit diet nie shouLd be no probLem Lah...tapi kena berpada2...sometimes, we have to treat our body biLa kita dah Lama 'dera' dia *giggLes*
yang paLing penting adeLah...sekurang2nya kene berpeLuh jugak daLam satu hari tuh...takde mase pon kene jugak buat masa tuh...kaLau yang jenis bawak kereta or naik motor tuh, bawak2 Lah berjaLan sikit daLam satu hari tuh...bukan apee...untuk kesihatan jantung kita jugak...hurmmm...adoii...aku bukanLah kurus sangat pon, gemok adee Lah tapi aLhamduLiLLah biLa ikot apee yang aku state kat atas tuh, adeLaa penurunan berat badan tuh...pengeciLan saiz ?? oh !! masih jauh Lagi...
TARAAAA !!!

hahaha! gambar nie takdeLah Lame sangat tapi sebagai rujukan saiz aku sekarang Lah...takpe...moh diet same2 okeng !! pape pon i tetap diva jugak *Lempang Laju2* seLamat mencuba~
